When are Direct Debit transactions processed?

Fortnightly debits will be Thursday fortnightly in line with public sector pay run. Monthly debits will be the 10th of each month. Where the due date for processing falls on a non working day or public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next working day.

When are Automatic Credit Card transactions processed?

Monthly debits will be the 10th of each month. Quarterly debits will be 10th January, April, July and October. Where the due date for processing falls on a non working day or public holiday, the payment will be processed on the next working day.

What do I do if I have reduced/increased the hours I work?

Member fees may need to be decreased or increased should your hours of work per week change. Contact the friendly ANF membership services staff.

What happens if I move workplace?

Privacy laws do not allow your employer to advise us if you change employment. Please contact the ANF office to advise of any changes in employment to ensure your information is correct.

What do I do if I have changed my name?

A copy of a Marriage or Deed Poll certificate is required to effect a change of name.  Please contact the ANF office.

I have moved interstate. Do I need to change my membership?

Yes. Advise ANF of your new address.  You may need to transfer your membership to the state you now reside.

What do I do if I am having difficulties paying my ANF membership fees?

Please contact membership services to discuss payment options.  The Australian Nursing Federation (ANF) has also developed a Hardship Special Benefit Policy to assist members experiencing extreme financial hardship.  Please contact the ANF office for full details.

How can I change my address?

You can call the ANF office, email membership@anftas.org, post in a change of address form from your ANJ or update your details online.
