The Information Officer assesses all queries based on details of issue presented and provides information based on legislation, EBA, Act or Award. The Information Officer acts as a ‘triage’ in referring members concerns to the appropriate people within the ANF and other organisations.
ANF members have many day to day queries relating to their employment. In the first instance workplace queries should be raised with an ANF union rep, if they are unable to provide advice or assistance either the rep or member should then contact the ANF Info Line.
